Breakfast and lunch are FREE for everyone 18 and under. Pick up will take place every Thursday in June at 9:00 am.
PROCEDURE:
Families that sign up should enter the building on the east side where elementary students enter after getting off the bus (Door #6). Families will proceed into the cafeteria, pick-up the requested number of meals, and leave through the door where high school students exit to get onto the buses (Door #8).
By completing this form, you are committing to pick up the meals each week that you choose. If, at anytime, you change your mind and do not want meals prepared for your children, please contact the school immediately so we can update our list. No additional meals will be prepared for those who do not sign up.
You must complete the survey by Tuesday, June 1 at 8:00 am if you wish to receive meals on Thursday, June 3.
