Halloween is coming! A theme is the main tune of a piece of music. A man named Gried wrote this song to describe the adventures of a boy named Peer Gynt. Peer crept into the hall of the notorious Mountain King. He thinks he is alone in the Mountain King's palace hall, but soon finds out he is not. Frightened, Peer Gynt runs out of the great hall, through the doorway, down the hallway, out the entrance, down the sidewalk, and away from the palace through the forest! How many times do you hear the theme played in this song, "In the Hall of the Mountain King?"<br>
