I'm a graduate of Albert Lea High School, where I was a three-sport athlete. I attended Gustavus Adolphus College, and was active in playing and then coaching basketball. I graduated with bachelor's degrees in psychology and criminal justice, and continued coaching following graduation. I began working at Alden-Conger in the fall of 2011, and earned a master's degree in Educational Leadership in 2012.
I consider myself a real Jane-of-all-trades at Alden-Conger. I have a wide variety of job duties, including managing the LeVerne Carlson Fitness Center, organizing all of our youth activities, maintaining this website, and many other assorted things. I like it, because no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, I enjoy many physical activities, such as basketball, volleyball, lifting weights, and playing golf. I also like to sing and read books, mostly non-fiction. I help my family on their farm during the summer months, and love cheering for the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
